HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
To ensure a secure and healthy rugby experience, it is of the utmost importance to create a safe playing environment, apply effective injury prevention methods and promote warm-up routines.
We also strive to equip players with essential knowledge and resources to consider their own optimum fitness, health and performance.

KEEP RUGBY CLEAN
Hong Kong China Rugby support our players to perform without the use of performance enhancing drugs and methods, and in reporting any suspicious activity in this area.
A Prohibited List is published by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) every year, showing all substances and methods which are prohibited or banned in sport. A substance or method may be included on the list if it meets any two of the following criteria:
- It has the potential to enhance sporting performance
- It presents an actual or potential health risk to the athlete
- It violates the spirit of sport
Hong Kong China Rugby also supports the work of the Anti-Doping Organization of Hong Kong, China Limited and of Keep Rugby Clean, an international initiative aimed at keeping rugby free of drugs and doping.
