CATHAY/HSBC HONG KONG SEVENS LONG LUNCH

The Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens Long Lunch returns in 2025, taking centre stage at Kai Tak Stadium's South Terrace from 1PM to 4.30PM with guest speakers Bryan Habana and Florence Symonds.
The Long Lunch brings fans, corporate clients and sponsors together for an afternoon of food, drink, entertainment and fundraising for Laureus Sport For Good, the Official Charity of the Hong Kong Sevens.
The Long Lunch is a homecoming for former Hong Kong China Rugby superstar Florence Symonds. Flo grew up in Hong Kong, playing rugby at Discovery Bay Pirates and Kowloon Rugby Club before moving to Canada. She has proudly earned an Olympic silver medal and was a key player in the Canadian team who came runner-up in the 2025 Rugby World Cup final to England.
Springbok rugby legend and Hall of Famer, Bryan Habana, will be joined by Dan Nicholl - the renowned host on Supersport South Africa who will once again MC the event; with stand-up British comedian - Simon Evans - providing humour alongside other special guests of the men’s and women’s game.
